Regay Hildreth

On December 8, 2004, Regay Hildreth decided to go for it. The vision of RMH Marketing & Media had become a reality! With two clients, three months of mortgage payments in the bank, & a relentless devotion for success…the business took off! Regay opened the doors to RMH Marketing and Media with one goal in mind…to be a strategic & creative thinker for her clients and to consult them on all aspects of their marketing programs to increase business. The entrepreneurial spirit runs in her family, so it was only a natural progression for her to want to run her own ad agency. Throughout her life, she watched her family succeed in their business with hard work, dedication to client service, a quality product, and attention to detail. Through that observation & also in examining the current ad industry, Regay recognized her desire & the need to create an advertising agency that could give the personal attention of a boutique ad firm, offer the elements needed of a larger firm…yet still maintain the partnership feel of a “family” business.
To start this journey down the marketing and advertising path , Regay interned in 1996 at T3 Advertising Agency & also at Texas Monthly while attending college at UT in Austin. With a Bachelors of Business Administration in marketing & a concentration in Spanish from the University of Texas McComb’s School of Business, Regay started her career in the media world.
In 1998, Regay began her career in a management development program at Consolidated Graphics. After seeing the success her father achieved in various turf companies through appropriate placed advertising, the possibility of being in radio peaked her interest. After a couple of meetings with NewsRadio 740 KTRH, the need for change was sealed. Shortly thereafter, she was hired as an assistant at KTRH. Within a year, she became a sales account executive. Regay’s specialty was working with direct accounts that were challenging and in need of more attention than the traditional transactional business. She was able to find an advertising avenue for the company, no matter how large or small the budget. She was consistently ranked among the top sales account executives in the company of 80+ sellers due to her hard work & drive. Working her way through the ranks, Regay’s final position of local sales manager for KTRH (Clear Channel Communications) would launch her into the final quest that her entrepreneurial spirit longed for . After having experienced multiple sides of the advertising spectrum, she came to the decision that the client side of the business is where her creative skills would make the biggest impact on the industry. RMH Marketing and Media would not only fulfill a truly needed entity in the advertising industry, but it would also fulfill a need for Regay and her clients to be successful partners through quality advertising.
